I've been trying to write this post for a while, but I never had enough time to give to the writing of this post...now I bought some time and here I am , in front of my laptop writing about my experience as a member of the National Trainers Team in AIESEC Romania. (For those that don't know what is AIESEC ,you can find details here : www.aiesec.ro ). NTT ( National Trainers Team ) is a support team for training and education of the members in AIESEC Romania, the biggest students organisation. It all started from one passion, four people , one place :) one vision .
WHAT was NTT for Me ?
It was and still is the best experience I have ever had . What makes it the best experience ? Well, teamwork, the fact that you belong to a group and together you contribute to the development of others.
Then , is the work - training, coaching give a nice colour to the experience.Another thing, is the opportunity to be conference manager, I was conference manager at Train the Trainer and it was great, I was happy happy , the people , participants and not only,left a fingerprint on my heart, contributed to my happiness. People made me feel great, made me realise how to appreciate myself ,and see how much I grew. The freedom to create something with your own hands , develop other people and then see them after some time , and see how they grew.
Another thing is the opportunity to work with people from companies : appreciation, respect, professionalism. Great people , I learned a lot from each and every one of them. Thank you.
I lived every moment of the term intense , I contributed to the change in others development, it was wonderful to live such moments, with so great people. At NPS 2008 (national preparation seminar, an AIESEC conference) , I heard a room with more than 400 people saying NTT , NTT , NTT !!!!!!!!!! I cried , I really cried...It was a moment that made me realise I mean something for others, I did my job one year and they sow that, I had another 100 new friends, trainers,and I will be proud every moment of them.
I remember the first 2 conference we had , Trainers Camp and Train the Facilitators...when I was in front of all the participants , a mixture of emotions , my heart was beating very fast and I couldn't believe it's actually happening.
I want to come back at NTT , the Team , meaning : Popic, Alex,Kitz,Nico , great people
NTT was the nest I grew up in ,and Popic was the mother vulture that feed us with information about training , managed us and kept us united. Alex is the girl that learned me to be more patient , is a girl I admire for her professionalism , attitude . Kitz , is the girl from whom I learned to strive or excellence, I learned that always you can do more , she is an emotional soul that I am happy I met. Thank you , my dear friends.
NTT is a colaje of pictures that can show a lot of words , emotions, feelings. NTT was an year that showed me that I shouldn't judge people , I should give second chances , I should be more patient, I should care about others'development.
I wish I could put in words all the experiences from this term, but are still the words that can describe it as I feel it.
